With animal welfare at the heart of everything we do

Lots of thought has been given to ensure your cat is safe, secure , comfortable and has choice over their environment. There are numerous shelves at varying height levels affording views to both the front and rear gardens, providing hours of enrichment to satisfy their naturally inquisitive nature. There’s also plenty of places to snuggle up and snooze.

All our suites are large enough to accommodate up to 4 cats (only from the same household) providing them with ample space to climb and explore or just relax and watch the world go by….

If your cats are a larger breed and would like even more space I have interconnecting suites too.

For elderly cats or cats with limited mobility I have beds that are on slightly raised feet that can be positioned on the floor or on a lower shelf. The cat tree has varying height levels ensuring all cats can enjoy them. Toys will be changed regularly to keep your cat stimulated.

The purr-fect environment for your cat

Each thermostatically controlled heated bedroom has a window overlooking our fabulous rear garden where there is always lots of visiting wildlife to keep your cat entertained. A choice of beds and bedding will keep your cat warm and snugly. A door (fitted with 2 cat flaps, which can be left open if you cat is not familiar with them) leads to their fabulous indoor outdoor private play area complete with viewing shelf and multi platform scratching post where your cat can enjoy views of the front garden and again enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

All suites, furniture and bedding are checked daily and thoroughly disinfected between guests.

Luxury Comfort & Enrichment

Every guest deserves somewhere special to relax, play and feel completely at home. Our luxury cat baskets provide a cosy and comfortable place to curl up and enjoy some well-earned rest, while our cat activity trees give more adventurous guests the opportunity to climb, explore, stretch and play. Together, they provide the perfect balance of comfort, stimulation and enrichment, helping your cat enjoy a happy, relaxed and engaging stay with us.

Plenty of fresh air and ventilation

The whole front of the building has drop down windows meshed with paw safe cat mesh so in the warmer months there is plenty of fresh air and ventilation. In the cooler months these can be closed, keeping your cats at a comfortable safe temperature whilst still allowing them an unobstructed view of the garden. Or if they prefer they can retire to their full height heated bedroom for a snooze or enjoy the sights and sounds of the rear garden from their window.

PVCu - Defra higher standards guidelines

PVCu has enormous benefits over the old style timber catteries of years ago. It is completely compliant with the DEFRA higher standards guidelines relating to animal welfare. It is super hygienic, non porous, rot proof and self extinguishing – unlike wood which can harbour germs or fungal spores.

The mesh used internally and on the opening windows / frontage to provide ventilation is PAWSAFE – it has a robust galvanised finish and smooth welds to ensure there are no sharp edges.

The floor throughout the Cat Hotel is insulated and fitted with Polyfloor heavy duty safety vinyl which is known for its hygiene properties and often used in healthcare environments.
